[mv] order routing

hi all.

I am setting up order routing to email to seperate fulfillment houses,
based on whether the item is domestic or foreign.

in my catalog.cfg i have this set up:


Route   ELS     attach          0
Route   ELS     receipt         etc/receipt.html
Route   ELS     report          etc/report
Route   ELS     email           els@thevideogamestore.com   
Route   ELS     track           etc/els_orders
Route   ELS     reply           service@thevideogamestore.com
Route   ELS     increment       0
Route   ELS     supplant        0

Route   COS     attach          0
Route   COS     receipt         etc/receipt.html
Route   COS     report          etc/report
Route   COS     email           cosmo@thevideogamestore.com
Route   COS     track           etc/cos_orders
Route   COS     reply           service@thevideogamestore.com
Route   COS     increment       0
Route   COS     supplant        0



and by adding 

<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=mv_order_route VALUE="[item-field route]">

within the [item-list] on final.html, it sends out emails to both places,
but because it is within the item list, it sends out an email for each item
ordered to each fulfillment houses. so if 5 imports are ordered, COS gets 5
full order receipts, with all the items for both fulfillment houses. how
can i grab this once and have one email for only the items each fulfillment
house carries?
