This is supported, but you have to set the route parameter in the *item*,
not mv_order_route, which applies to all items.

<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME="[modifier-name mv_order_route]" VALUE="[item-field route">

Or perhaps easier, rename your database field to mv_order_route and add
this in catalog.cfg:

    AutoModifier  mv_order_route
