[mv] IniConf.pm error!!!

I have RedHat 6.2
Installed Bundle::CPAN,
Minivend & perl 5.60
Minivend 4.04
I installed the rpm version of minivend.
I still get this error:
Can't locate IniConf.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/minivend
/usr/local/m inivend/lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux
/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/pe rl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at ./makecat li ne 53. BEGIN
failed--compilation aborted at ./makecat line 53.
Even after running the command : perl -MCPAN -e 'install IniConf'
Any ideas as how to fix this error. It only happened after installing the
CSPN bundle!!!
