After upgrading to 4.04, I get the following in the catalog's error.log
file:

Custom shipping field '$19.98' doesn't exist. Returning 0

and so on.

Anyone have any idea why this isn't working?

The shipping.txt and shipping.asc files are identical, and appear like
this now (flat 6% shipping fee).
