[mv] Minimum Purchase based on [subtotal]
****** message to minivend-users from "March Roseland" <march@uia.net> ******
Hello, all,
I'm not sure why this doesn't work... it may be blatantly obvious. If
so, please let me in on it! Perl is not my area of expertise. I based this
on the documentation for [if explicit] and the solutions I found in the mail
list archive for setting minimum purchase prices:
[if explicit]
[condition]
$subtot = [subtotal];
return 1 if $subtot >= 25;
return 0;
[/condition]
<B><INPUT TYPE=submit NAME=mv_click VALUE="[L]Place Order![/L]"
onClick="fix_tax(this.form)"></B>
[else]
<font color="660000"><B><BR>You must make a minimum purchase of $25. Please
add to your order.</b></font><br><BR>
[/else]
[/if]
I'm pretty sure something's wrong with my condition, but nothing I try
works. I can get it to return one or the other of them, depending on how I
change it, but everything makes it either return the Place Order button
regardless of what the subtotal is or return the message, again regardless
of the actual subtotal. Many thanks to anyone who can enlighten me on this.
I'm using 3.14.
