Welcome to the world of Minivend!

Here are a couple of things I remember doing when I have struggled with
CyberCash.

- Try to check out using an unmodified version of the simple catalog. The
simple catalog's checkout works if CyberCash is installed correctly (it
really does, trust me) and it will help you locate the problem.
- Change the quoting on the order failed page (I think it has q{} now) and
then you will see the error message.
- Set the CyberCash Mode to 'minivend_test' and see if you can checkout
with 4111111111111111

The answer is in the documentation and you have probably read it several
times, but you will not understand it until after you get it working. Sad
