Hello,

I'm working on bringing a site up that will be using Signio and Minivend.
Right now my transactions are being denied for Error code 13 but when they
get kicked back to the checkout page it says that all errors are in red, yet
there are no fields in red.  What changes do I need to make to checkout.html
so that it shows the appropriate error message to the user?  Thanks.
