Chris,

  Consider posting the relevent parts of your catalog.cfg file. The
ProductFiles Directive refers to using multiple tables for your
products. If you are just using one table for your products, perhaps you
can remove the "ProductsFiles" directive. If you  _are_ using multiple
products databases, it looks like it's asking to specify the default
table somehow (which I'm not sure how to do). I use Minivend with
Postgres on FreeBSD, but I haven't installed the default Postgres simple
store before.
