Are you sure? I find that Excel adds quotes not matter how I set my open
and save options. Right after saving your database as a TAB file in excel,
open it using Excel's evil counterpart Word, then use the Replace command
to replace " with nothing (leave "replace with" blank). It will tell you
how many instances were changed when it is done. You can then save the
cleansed file in its existing format with CTRL-S.
