Please see my previous message for how to make sure the shell wrapper is
working. If running the wrapper manually gives you an error, what is it?
Is user-id 'andre' the minivend user - MV will be trying to run your
wrapper as the minivend user. All it really does is to ensure that the
path to the minivend owner's public keyring location is defined. What is
your 'encrypt_program' line from catalog.cfg?
