There seems to be some problems using Pine for the encrypted bits. Looks
like pretty much no matter what, if you have either encryption option set
(credit_card or encrypt), the credit card info gets encrypted, so if you
specify 'encrypt', the mail message will contain the encrypted CC info in
the (encrypted) message body. If you have Pine's display filters set and
are using an external 'helper' program like pgp4pine, pgpmail or whatever
and have the filter set to look for the pgp intro string anywhere in the
body, it will decrypt the credit card info and not display the order info.
The solution to that seems to be to specify 'attach 1' and change the
filter rule in Pine to be "_LEADING("-----BEGIN PGP")_ so it will only try
to decode messages or attachments that are completely encrypted.
If Pine is showing an empty message (and the size is <1k), then from what
I've seen, pgp is choking on something. If the message size is there but
the message is still empty, you may be seeing a problem with either Pine's
filters or a MIME issue. If the message is >2k but empty, I'd suggest you
look at the actual mail spool file for that user and see what it looks
like.
