Credit cards are determined by the first few numbers in the card number.
If a card starts with "54" it's mastercard, "60" it's discover, etc.

I've put radio checkboxes on my pages before, to let customers pick visa,
mastercard, etc. but this is more to let them know what cards are
acccepted, I just throw away the variable, since Minivend will
automatically show which card type it is based on the number.
