Anyone managed to reload minivend from clicking on a browser?

This is supposedly available in ShopAdmin, but it requires a "kill
-TERM" of the minivend process.  This is fine if you're running the
browser's CGI as the same user as the user of minivend.  However, if
there's more than one store, and more than one user involved, only some
kind of root-owned setuid program's going to do this.

Any other ideas?
