[mv] SHIPPING PROBLEM!

I need some help here. I've been trying to configure a new shipping mode to
be able to calculate the shipping costs in Brazil.
The name of the mode is "sedex", and it's like UPS Canada, so I made the
following changes:
In catalog.cfg
ValuesDefault mv_shipmode sedex
Database sedex sedex.csv CSV
In Shipping.asc
sedex Sedex weight 0 0 e Nothing to ship!
sedex Sedex weight 0 140 c S Sedex products/bra.csv 5 1
sedex Sedex weight 140 99999 e @@TOTAL@@ lbs too heavy for Sedex
In the zone file is called bra.csv
Destination,sedex
01000-09999,2
10000-19999,3
20000-23799,1
etc.
In the rate database called sedex.csv
Weight,1,2,3
100,5.20,7.80,10.80
200,5.90,9.60,12.30
etc.
In country.txt
code selector shipmodes name
BR BR sedex Brazil
So I think everything is like the manual, but when I try to checkout
something weighting between 0-140 I get the message
" Note: Unknown shipping call 'c S Sedex products/bra.csv 5 1'No match found
for mode 'sedex', quantity '40', returning 0."
Please, help me. It seems that I have lost all my hair on this one.
