[mv] Cookies... again

Good afternoon!

Execuse me for annoying, but I still cant make user/password cookies work with me.
I'm exploring simple demo from MV 3.14 and have
Cookies Yes
CookieLogin  Yes
SaveExpire   30 days
When I create new user and check "set cookies" box, 2 cookies (MV_USERNAME and MV_PASSWORD) are sent
to my Netscape (I know this fact from the alert windows). The I exit netscape and.... cant find the
cookies in my cookies.txt. And when I restart Netscape it offers me to log in once more.

Please help me out with this problem because I dont know where else to find the information...
