All well and good.  But how come when you've ordered 22-002 already, and
you either order it again (or click on "reload"), it comes up as two
separately ordered items (on separate rows) each with a quantity of 1?

Logically, if I've ordered the same thing twice, the basket should show
just the one item with a quantity of 2.

I know this has been done already (this bug's been worked around), but can
someone save me time and let me know how you've fixed it?  Thanks!
