This depends on the version on Minivend you are running.
In versions below 4.x, I believe you will find the code near the bottom of receipt.html in the catroot/etc directory.
In v4.x, look in mail_receipt in the catroot/etc directory.
If all else fails, do a grep -r subject * in the catroot.
