Greetings , I  have read all mail list  about how to configure
Authorize.net, I haven't found any way  ,  Please I help me with  how to
configure Authorize.net , because Planet Payment (international partner
of Autho) , use the same hidden fields , except host
=secure.planetpayment.com/gateway/transact.dll.
