Try
touch MINIVEND_SW_DIR/_db_storable
Looks like the databases were created when using the Storable module
and MV is set up to use Data::Dumper.
If it continues to be a problem, remove the .gdbm files (I would back
them up first) and they should be rebuilt with Data::Dumper.
