If you talk about knowledge base, what do you mean by that, a database ?

Otherwise all what you are mentioning falls into the category of technical
documentation of some sort, no?  Do I misunderstand you ?  Do I use the
expression "technical documentation" in too wide a sense ?

Wishlist item:

Set-up guide for a Linux box destined to function as a home-based
Mini-MiniVend e-commerce server for Mom's business endeavours. Target Moms
without prior knowledge of Linux or Unix. That is a sellable product, IMHO.
