I mean do something like this, for Minivend:

...and I'm sure others on the list can contribute better examples of a
"knowledge base", or support site which incoporates the kinds of
information I have already mentioned (FAQ, Troubleshooting, Install guides,
developer resources, etc) in browsable and searchable formats. This was
just one I could find so I could show you a "picture" of what I am trying
to describe.
Attention, all listees - please post to this list, links to support areas
and knowlege bases which you consider superior, for the benefit of
Akopia/Minivend, so that hopefully they will build a some powerful,
effective online resources for what is to be borne from Minivend.
