[mv] Strange record appeared in userdb

Hi all,

I'm in trouble of the corruption of userdb.

There are some appearances in my system, MV 4.03, FreeBSD.

- There is a record which username is space. In Minimate, I also find
it.
- In Minimate, I can't see any record with table-edit style except
userdb header.

I can't see any discussion related with this problem.
Any suggestion would be help for me.
