Hi,

I'm found the problem.
It's Apache. :)
I use Apache v1.3.12 + mod_ssl + mod_charset( Russian Apache PL29).
The problem was in mod_charset which translate all "post" requests.
If you will set CharsetRecodeMultipartForms Off after <IfModule
mod_charset.c>  in httpd.conf it will correct that mistake.
