I am having problems when submitting credit card numbers.
The receipt shows me this message.

Credit Card (unknown) (41**1111)

and the card number does not appear in the confirmation and order email?
Does anyone know why this might happen, it is working fine on some of the other sites that I
run..... I cant find a problem anywhere?
