Sorry to address the list,

But it seems Akopia support lacks luster. We are a Minivend hosting
customer, and our site has been down (DNS Errors) for almost 24 hours.
Calling Minivend office (now being forwarded to Akopia) or calling Akopia
support (and all emailing) is futile.

So to Mike Heins;
If this acquisition is going to equal sub-standard and non-responsive
support please advise so.

And to all (main reason for addressing list);
It looks as if I may have to look for an alternative host for this client.
If you run a Minivend hosting service please contact me with your rates and
web site.

If you are a Minivend installer;
Please contact me about the possibility of payment for installation of the
Minivend system on "our own" dedicated FreeBSD servers.
