High gang,
  I've been using mvend3 and I'm upgrading to mvend4. I'm trying to understand the 
reason behind the new blib directory tree. I'm in the process of installing RedHat's
(used to be hells kitchen) Credit Card Verification System(CCVS) and I'm having 
a little trouble with the new autouse(dynamic load) stuff. I'm wondering why the 
redundant new blib tree when we already had the lib tree in mvend3. Which 
Order.pm file really gets loaded dynamically. 

  Anyone else working on a CCVS merger?
