[mv] Minivend configuration issues

I have a few questions about minivend. I'm working with a client who has a
product line of 110,000 items. No problem installing minivend. Seems to work
well with the mysql database. The questions:

- When an order is placed, the items showup on the html receipt. When you go
to the Account screen, under Order tracking, and click on an order, the
items don't show up, on the name, address, shipping, sales tax and total.
Also if you click the Order status, nothing shows up. I went to the minivend
demo site, data appears in all the right places.

- The client's customers include federal agencies that are tax exempt. Is
there an easy way to add a checkbox to turnoff sales tax?

- When an order is placed, all the fields are filled in except the credit
card number. Is there a way to not have to do this? The client has entered a
userid and password, so why have to enter the number?

- In the mysqlk database item weight is tracked. How is shipping calculated?
Which ups tables are used? Are they downloadable from the ups website?
