You can report bugs to the mail list for now; eventually we will have
a bug tracking mechanism (and someone to maintain it!). 

Despite that message, it seems that Interchange installed for you,
is that correct?

I changed the module requirements for Interchange from Minivend.
It will not allow you to install without all needed modules. It looks
like one of the module test errors escaped to the output.
