Sorry about that. You're right: it's not "help"ful at all.
That's a remnant from the Tallyman context-sensitive help. There currently
is no direct SQL utility in Interchange. In Tallyman it allows the user to
execute arbitrary SQL commands to the underlying database through the web
interface, which parses the results. Basically a convenience thing to
eliminate any need to have access to the Unix shell on the server.
