[mv] last try, internal server error friendly request for help

Hi,
I've tried to get an answer for several times now, so this is my last try...
My questions seems to be really complicated orso cause no one is able to
answer them and help me with my problems. I'll try to be very clear now,
provide you all with some more information and i really hope that it
helps...
Ok, the minivend server is finally running, i don't get the error message of
'page not found' anymore so that's history, the following problem has
occured, when i follow a link on the main page like 'products'
(browse1.html) i get a 500 internal server error, the file permissions of
the cgi files are 755 when i chmod 4755 i still get the same error chmod u+s
doesn't do it either
in the error log (wich stopped working a while ago) it says:

I don't know where the usertags should be located but they are now in the
'mvend/usertag' directory
the file permissions of the usertags are all 644 (unchanged)
should the usertags be in the 'catalogs/test' directory ?
I've made a new catalog named simple and i still get the same error, maybe
nice to know is that i don't get one single error when making the catalog,
i've tried compiling the links, but they already were compiled so....

I'm on a virtual server and they're are runnig the latest version of perl
i really hope this is enough information, if not, please let me know what
else i should look at
