Sure, Minivend is asking for a couple modules from CPAN.  You should do 
what it says.  You may be able to cover all the bases by installing the 
Minivend package from CPAN.  Search the mailing list archives at 
http://www.minivend.com for all the gory details.  The (this) mailing list 
is a great place to find ideas and tips for setting up Minivend.
