I see what you mean now. I guess we could ask the question:

Do you want to create the database with the same username/password
that you defined for normal access? This may or may not work.

Same admin user id..........................[No]
Username to create with.....................[undef]
Password to create with.....................[undef]

The way I look at things, if you are setting a username/password
for the database that would be an ID that is not allowed access.

So then the additional questions would be:

Username to create with.....................[undef]
Password to create with.....................[undef]
