I am not sure I know what you are talking about.

Is the problem that you think the SQL username/password should
be the same as the admin password? I would disagree. The new
system encrypts the password for the admin user, and it would
be a shame to leave it lying around in plain text to be seen.

By time of release of 4.6.0, we will encrypt a password you choose
at the time of catalog build.
