[mv] Access denied for user, where can i define this user?

Hello,
i have a Problem with Minivend 3.14 under Redhat 6.3 and Mysql...
When i make a insert into a table internal server error comes up..

Here my error.log of the catalog:

i´ve defined this user already in the mysql databank but where can i define
the user under minivend??
