[mv] sending html emails (?)

Hi all,
Ive been trying to activate a ''send this article to a friend'' option...it
worked, but the email was being sent as plain text, and the article has html
tags...i started reading the archives, etc...and couldnt make it to send the
email as HTML....i really dont understand this tag that much,
 but i am doing the following:

[email to="[value friend_email]"
  subject="Sent to you by a friend"
  from=|me@site.com|]

[tag mime type TEXT/HTML; CHARSET=US-ASCII][/tag]
[tag op=mime type="News" interpolate=1]
[scratch news_file]
[/tag]

[/email]

What i get in the email is:

---t5gSqQPP-6:=9447
Content-Type: NewsContent-ID:
<MiniVend.4.04.000718025336.t5gSqQPP.7@http://www.site.com>
Content-Description:

and the whole article with html tags as Text.....

any suggestions?
