Either remove CommonAdjust as a directive (which will kill color/size
price adjustment and quantity price breaks) or use the Interchange
line:
CommonAdjust pricing:q2,q5,q10,q25,q100, ;:price, ;$ ==color:pricing, ==size:pricing
