Clueless newbie here but last week I installed minivend with the
directories under the web owner. This week I ripped out minivend and
installed interchange-4.5.3 to try it out and I liked the cool "Dave"
template better than basic or simple. I got this same error which went
away when I reinstalled with minvend as the owner of all the dirs.
