[mv] credit card and user with account!

Hi list,

Iīm in a muddle and hope, you can help me!
After some trouble to get the credit card encrypted (Thanks to Ed
LaFrance). MV check the credit card number and expires well, if the
user is not logged in. But if the user has an account (with or without
credit card number), MV will not check the credit card. If I type

123412352345234523 (credit card number)

and select

1 january 2000

I donīt get an error message and I get a receipt page and an email with
credit card encrypted. Why?

Any hints, helps and suggestions are very welcome!
