First of all, there is a big difference between "webserver-modul"
like "PHP" and any kind of cgi program.
I hope, I write it right in english, because I'm an old stupid german
boy.
Any request or access via your browser is served by any webserver.
Any modul for any webserver (for example PHP) is a part of the
webserver.
Any cgi program is _not_ a part of the webserver (we don't discussing
about fastcgi).
If you visit a PHP page, the webserver can see, this is a PHP page and
the webserver make his job, create a html-page and send this to you.
BUT, if the webserver recognizes a cgi call, the webserver calls the
cgi program (with or without any parameters) and is waiting for any
answers from the cgi program and send this answers to you. In this case,
all part of PHP will not be parsed by the webservers.
The only solutions, to use PHP _with_ Minivend is, to use Minivend
_inside_ of the PHP-pages and not to use any PHP-codes _inside_ of the
Minivend pages.
Joachim
BTW:
Hi Greg,
can you add any answers about PHP with Intervend, Minichange and
Interchange in the docs? :-)
