Further suggestions for (I guess) less basic stuff:  Step-by-step
instructions (more or less) for getting it to work with mySQL, PostgreSQL,
and ODBC databases.  (Or would this be "not basic stuff?"  Anyway, put it
wherever it belongs.)

And when I say "more or less," that means among other things that you don't
have to copy entire database tutorials into your docs--but you should lay
out the entire process, giving links to other docs as appropriate, and
pointing out considerations specific to Interchange (as well as "gotchas"
that the newbie needs to watch out for).
