Hi Danny, thanks for trying. I think this code will only
work for *items* that are discounted? I need to give a message
if the ORDER is discounted. I am not discounting any items,
just the order as a whole if the user enters in a certain
code.

[if value order_is_discounted]
  Your order has been discounted!
[/if]
