You need to use the supplied email-raw tag:
[email-raw]From: whoever
To: addressee@mailbox.com
Subject: something
[tag op=mime type=header]
....
Message.
[/email-raw]
You will have to play with the tag mime stuff to get it working, looking
at what it puts in and applying your knowledge of MIME.
