Try this. It seems to work.

                 subject="Thank you for your order [value mv_order_number]!"
                 from=|__COMPANY__ Customer Service __ORDERS_TO__|

                 ]

This seems to work.  It will allow the shoppers email program to decide the
best way to view the mail either as plain text or html.
