[mv] CyberCash error

Hi all,
I have a problem about cybercash.
I installed minivend4.04 and copy 5 mck package to
miniven/lib and copy merchand_conf to ./miniven/ .
When i restart minivend, there are message that
"cybercash module found (Version 3.x)".
I edited catalog.cfg file like below.

CreditCardAuto No
CyberCash Yes
Variable MV_CYBEB_MODE mauthcapture
Variable CYBER_CONFIGFILE
/....../minivend/merchand_conf
Variable CYBER_VERSION 3.2.0.6
Variable MV_PEYMENT_MODE mauthonly
Variable CYBER_SECRET first-natl

But when I click Place Prder button, there is error
like "Charge Operation failed".
does any one can give any advise?
