[mv] server running, tags not parsing

Hi List,

I am new to Minivend and I am experiencing a problem with a site I just 
launched (www.tgisdances.com). This site using MV4.04 was working great until a 
few days ago. Now it does not parse the tags, it just displays the tags and 
hyperlinks using one-click searches result in http 404 error. I can shut down 
the server using -kill and when I restart, it looks like a normal startup:

The previous Minivend server was not running and probably
terminated with an error.

There is no error log generated in catalogs/tgis. The error log 
in /home/tgis/mvend looks like it did in the past (when it worked, even with 
the "Address already in use" message), although I am concerned about 
the "Address already in use" message:

Could this be an ISP problem? I am desperate to find a solution. All tips/help 
is greatly appreciated.
