I'm sorry to say this but it can be difficult to produce complaex shipping
solutions in minivend if you are a non-programmer. If your problem is complex
enough and your not scared of perl please look at
http://www.morpheux.org/minivend/shipd/shipd.html
Or look at the excelent examples in the minivend documentation. I found that it
took a lot of experimentation to get familiar with the complexites of shipping.
