[mv] Itemcode page instead of Flypage

In 3.14 if a product named [itemcode].html is found in the "pages" directory
it is displayed instead of the flypage. I love the ease and simplicity of
this function but do not wish to clutter up the "pages" dir with product
pages.... What is the simplest, most efficient way to have minivend look for
this "default" page in another directory?
