[mv] sometimes localhost

hi

i have a problem:

somtimes "[area test.html]", is changed to
"http://localhost/cgi-bin/shop/test.html";
and not to  "http://www.myserver.com/cgi-bin/shop/test.html";

it seemed, that minivend doesn't get my SERVER_NAME variable.

if I reload this page this failure is mostly gone, and i can't find out
why it was there.

it would be great, if someone can help me
