[mv] More Validate Credit card weirdness

When I have problems with the server aka "Please Validate Your Credit 
Card info". I do as mike suggested I touch the randseed.bin file.

I've noticed however. If I restart the server by doing.
sudo -u mvend /usr/local/mvend/bin/restart
it restarts but the problem does NOT go away
but if I do
sudo su mvend tcsh
then
/usr/local/mvend/bin/restart

It works.
Does sudo cause this much of a problem? I was never aware of it 
happening before.

I just wish I could understand why minivend keeps crapping out :/
