No. WideOpen still works, and IpHead and IpQuad make no difference
when those are involved.
Without some better diagnostic information there is no way to tell
what the problem is. Probably the key is to look at the files
in the session/ directory. If they end in :nobody there should
be no difference, but if they end in an IP address then WideOpen
is not in effect for what ever reason.
